Etihad is significantly increasing frequencies to Chennai, Rome, Kochi, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid, Milan, Phuket, Cairo, Islamabad and the Maldives, among others. From 29 October 2023, the Frankfurt connections will grow by four flights per week to a total of eleven. The frequency from Munich will increase to ten times a week from November 21, 2023.
With Etihad from Dusseldorf to Abu Dhabi
Since 28 September, Etihad Airways has been flying from Düsseldorf to Abu Dhabi three times a week – on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. A Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner will be used, which will offer passengers 28 seats in Business Class and 262 seats in Economy Class.
Even bigger and better: The new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi Airport
With the new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi International Airport, the Etihad hub is increasing its capacity to up to 45 million passengers per year. The new terminal building is one of the largest and most modern passenger buildings in the world. The opening is on December 2, 2023.
