More flights between Abu Dhabi and Frankfurt from autumn
From 1 November 2024, the frequency between Abu Dhabi and Frankfurt will be increased again to two daily connections . The advantageous departure times allow business and leisure travellers to seamlessly connect in Abu Dhabi to many destinations within the Etihad network, including the Gulf States, Southeast Asia and Australia.
Etihad operates Boeing 787-9 aircraft on the route, and is continuously optimising and expanding its network by increasing frequencies to key destinations. New flights include destinations in India, such as Jaipur.
Etihad restructures frequent flyer programme
From June 2024 , there will be changes to the Etihad Guest frequent flyer programme. The expanded program links the rewards more closely to the trips. Members receive the same number of Tier Miles (status miles) and Guest Miles (award miles) for bookings. The higher the fare booked, the more Tier Miles and Guest Miles are earned.
