Be one of the first guests to get to your seat with Priority Boarding. Your seat has an adjustable headrest, a backrest and seat cushion hardening functions – comfort at the highest level. If you're flying on an Etihad B787 or A350, the seat converts into a fully flat bed . On shorter flights, the seat has a generous backrest and plenty of legroom, so you can switch off, sleep and arrive refreshed. Guests on longer flights will also benefit from the new, innovative memory foam mattress, which adds extra comfort to the fully flat bed in Business Class.

Collaboration with Armani/Casa
Through the collaboration with Armani/Casa, Etihad is now setting new standards in Business Class. The collection consists of a new dinner service featuring ceramics, glassware, cutlery and serveware, as well as high-quality textiles for a luxurious experience on board.
The dining service is characterized by sophisticated silhouettes and the use of different textures reflects the cultural diversity of the United Arab Emirates. A pillowcase and duvet set with the characteristic Armani/Casa designs ensure an even better sleeping experience in Business Class.
Even bigger and better
From December 2, 2023, the new Terminal A of Abu Dhabi International Airport will open. The new terminal will increase capacity at the Etihad hub to up to 45 million passengers per year. The new terminal building is one of the largest and most modern passenger buildings in the world.
Etihad Airways is significantly increasing its frequencies , including to Chennai, Rome, Kochi, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid, Milan, Phuket, Cairo, Islamabad and the Maldives. The Frankfurt connections will grow by four flights per week to eleven from 29 October 2023, and the Munich connections to ten times a week from 21 November 2023.
